Default Kunark melee changes

I found a pretty cool thread from back in April of 2000.

http://www.thesafehouse.org/forums/s...ead.php?t=2857

The post talks about rogues mostly but do touch a few other things such as Bind Wound that should affect Monks, rogues and Warriors. I've asked a few 50+ rogues if they were able to bind past 50% but they all said no... Seems something isn't working quite right or I'm mistaken in something (entirely possible if not probable)

I remember that being the case for Monks, I didn't realize Rogues could do it as well. Although to be honest as a Rogue, I stopped using bind wound sometime in my 20's.

The later "improvement" (circa Luclin iir) was being able to bind to 100% wasn't it?
