I just did faerie dragons and tar goos from 51-54 on my shaman in the GD caves. I was largely afk for the whole week and never saw a person pull mobs out the east end. 28 Velious gems and 2k worth of vendor trash. Super easy, didn't see more than one or two resists out of the faerie dragons the whole time.
