How to play P99 with my stepson

I felt it was time for my 14 year old stepson to delve into the world of EQ.
However it appears only one user per IP can play.

I found an old post that says to msg Nilbog, but I don't know how to do that as thats not an option when I found his profile.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

Take a look under the Petitions/Exploits forum at the sticky post at the top. There are instructions for submitting a petition for an IP Exemption in that post.
