Question I downloaded L45 files, but EQ says old spells files

I'm finally trying to join P1999.

I clicked "overwrite" when copying the V45 files to my EQ dir.

Login screen tells me my spell files isn't new enough.

It appears V45 is the newest files. What's going on?

I'm trying to edit my title to "V45" but I do not see the option.

I believe this to be the wrong section to post in, you may want to repost in Technical Discussion forum, will probably get more views and help.

I know there were some specific steps on install such as creating a different location for the Everquest directory, and manually deleting some zone files.

Also, if you ran the wrong patcher that connected to live then it will have changed the spell files, did you do that? Be sure to launch the Titanium.bat when starting P99.

I didn't run any "patcher", am I supposed to? I simply ran the titanium.bat.

I didn't run any updates from live. I'll look at the instructions again to see if I missed a file to delete, but I think I did it right.

I'll repost this in technical discussion.

Nevermind I fixed it, the zip extracted my files into a dir like "project 1999", so I had to move those to the main directory.
