Barb Shaman Quest: Initiate Symbol of Tribunal Quest

I've been trying to get this started but I seem to be hitting a wall with Jinkus Felligan in the Shaman's guild.

I perform the dialogue for the following quests:
Tribunal Initiate Quest or Tribunal Symbol Quests

You say, 'Hail, Jinkus Felligan'

Jinkus Felligan says, 'Welcome! Welcome to the Church o' the Tribunal! Do ye require healing or are ye [new to the Shamans o' Justice], then, eh?'

You say, 'I am new to the shamans o' justice.'

Jinkus Felligan says 'Then I welcome ye into our noble order. Ye'll serve us well or spend an eternity in the dungeons o' the Tribunal. Are ye ready to [contribute to yer church] or do ye [wish to meditate] within our walls?'

You say, 'I am willing to contribute to our church.'

Jinkus Felligan says, 'Well then, ye best be off ta find Holana Oleary, she organises our monthly Karan Clover shipments, just tell her Jinkus sent you to assist her. Or, I can have you [make a delivery] for me.'

You say, 'I will make a delivery.'

Jinkus does not respond or react to this dialogue at all. I've made variations like "I will make the delivery" and "I wish to make a/the delivery" etc. No luck.


I've hailed Cindle and said the following
You say, 'I need a mammoth hide parchment.'

She does not respond or react to any dialogue close to this other than her own quests.

I've also hailed Greta Terrilon to try and start the quest from her side.
You say, 'I need some ink.'

She does not respond or react to any dialogue close to this.


Prerequisite, I've done the Holana cloves shipment in WK 3 times now along with the Shipment of Lion meat. Going back to Jinkus does not add any new dialogue for 'I will make a delivery'.

Any advice?
