I disagree, and believe they do care, which is why I even bothered to post in the first place. I have much gratitude towards the staffs and devs for all their efforts over the years.

can’t wait to reexperience crush bone quest gains and relive neckbeard youth
notices quests don’t function as they did in classic Everquest

That's about as vague and without evidence of a statement as anyone can make. Fact is you can't exploit something that isn't cheatable. If a quest turn-in gives exp up to a certain level, then that's how it works. As far as I know, that's never been broken, and quest exp was never disabled in Classic EQ. Ever.

Well you failed in this instance, plain and simple. There is absolutely nothing classic about disabling quest turn-in exp, something which has always been enabled as long as I can remember, on any server. Always.

Stop trying to fix what isn't broken.

Fact Check: True

They are misusing the word exploit instead of just saying "something we don't like."

I know exactly the quests they are talking about. There is no exploit. They just wanted to preserve an artificial speed of Kunark progression: dev-imposed instead of player-driven. They say so themselves.

I don't know how many times this needs to be said, but to say it again:

Abusing the free nature of accounts and the server to stockpile hundreds/thousands of quest items on a ridiculous number of accounts and toons is absolutely exploitative. Thank you devs, for spiting these miscreants. A quest exp pause may not be classic, but no one was dropping ten grand on alt accounts to corpse gnoll scrolls either in anticipation for Kunark.
