V52 patch - need help - models messed up

Don't know of any fixes as of yet and I don't think this is high on their list due to all the traffic and things happening with the launch. Hopefully they'll be able to become aware of this and figure it out sometime soon when they have some free time.

i fixed mine by going into the eqclient and changing the vortexshaders to false. hope this helps.

Was hoping this would be the fix I needed, but yeah it is vertexshaders and that change to false didn't solve the problem for me unfortunately. Appreciate the response and idea, happy to know it solved your issues! Hopefully it works for any others who are plagued with this problem and attempt it.

I was having the same issue....

xylynoro was right on the money....I repatched without adding the render effects folder and having no issues

THANK GOODNESS, it is FINALLY fixed for me using a different RenderEffects folder! Appreciate that advice and knowledge my friends. Now I can truly enjoy my experience!
