Thanks for all of the work you’re doing on this. I’m excited to try it! Is there a place where I can download all of the files at once?

* Dervish rock things in lavastorm still have the white texture (screenshot earlier in post)

* Kelethin rails aren't transparent

Not sure on the other color issue, but I wonder if the process being used is not saving the conversion to PNG with the transparencies. I'm not a graphics guy, but I think it needs to save the conversion in PNG 24 format.

I'd love to use these, but killing the transparency in the screens I've seen gives me pause =(

I'm not really a graphics guy myself, but after looking thru this thread and testing the downloads, it looks like some have had transparency set correctly and others not. For example, South Ro looked fine except for the trees near the forest / desert border, those looked like square windmills like the photos in this thread. I used EQ_Zip to look at the sro_obj.s3d file and inside it, I found the offending image, named dedpine.png. I saw that the identically-named image in the updated nektulos_obj.s3d had a white (transparent) background in EQ_Zip, so I exported that file and imported it into sro_obj.s3d, then started up EQ and voila - the windmills were gone.

The dedpine.png was the only offending graphic I found in SRo. I'll see what else I can find in other zone files upon casual inspection.

Hey bud, you still working on this? Much appreciation, but would you mind tossing up a couple fixes to the existing ones? Eg, trees and kelethin bridges?

Or Borak, mind sharing the fixes?

Everything, split into ~2gb zips ea, all s3d thrown into a single dir for easy dropping into EQ dir:

v1 >> https://drive.google.com/open?id=119...91WOOmsDNyJ1cD

v2 >> https://drive.google.com/open?id=1os...bXTP588RLEVyhe

Extract these in order (v1, then v2) because v2 may have improved some v1 files.

Some screenshot comparisons would be appreciated, though ~ even just for 1 or 2 zones to see what we're working with, here. I see nice textures, but it's hard to compare the difference from my non-artist eyes.
Thank you for compiling the downloads. And thank you to the designer for your hard work. Now if we just get out HD water and sky we'll be golden for years to come!
