Summoning food/water bug

I was having problems looting items off of mobs after summoning myself food and water (cleric). I realized after zoning that even though I had placed the food and water in my inventory, the game still had it hidden on my cursor and would not show up until I zone. After I zoned and put the food in my inventory, again, I was able to loot.

I believe I know why the bug occurs. If you force feed yourself, while you have items on your cursor, it bugs the items on your cursor.
