Rubicite Non-Visible Pieces

Hi, does anyone know if the the non-visible pieces ever dropped in the classic timeline?

From what I can tell it looks like the non-visible pieces with stats came from the Lost Temple of Cazic Thule which seemed to be a higher level revamp. This probably occurred later in the timeline. Also there are foot notes stating "Also given away at GM Events from 1999-2001."

That was way later when they decided it would be fun to redo mobs for max lvl people with classic items as drops. Just a fun way of putting collectible items back in that didn't impact the game whatsoever anymore. They were in classic.

P99 has all the classic Ruby drops.

The weird ones like belt and cloak ( which had stats where the original Ruby did not) were not part of the original Cazic Thule. I don't even think they showed up when it got revamped in Luclin.

We only saw them on P99 from GM events where they were summoned as a reward.

Coincidentally, I have a large number of invisible rubicite pieces for sale, including many BPs, and I'm selling them for the low low low price of 1000 plat each. Don't worry if you don't see them in the trade window, it's a little glitchy with these and they often only show up in your inventory. But I promise it's the best invisible rubicite armor this side of the Pecos, and I'm just as honorable as <Seal Team>! Message me in game!
