New Enchanter on Blue

So I just got the client working and got my account going and everything in order and I am ready to create my first character. I played EQ way back in 1999 up to the Planes of Power Expac but that was some time ago and I don't think I remember very much. I am looking at starting an Enchanter High elf and was wondering about beginning stat allocation before I commit, I would rather do it right the first time and not have to go back and re roll. Is it still CHA that Enchanters need most or is it INT? Also any advice for a starting Enchanter would be great, I remember very little.

I would love to PM you my discord for some starting gear but it is not obvious to me how to message someone on the forums here. I haven't created the character yet but I will probably have enough time to do so this weekend.

All cha.. if this is your first character id prolly just throw the extra into strength. HE crackwhore starting STR is an incredible annoyance despite wearing toilet paper. otherwise I'd go stam before i'd consider int. you can amost always bail out if you start running out of mana but not hp.
