Nothing is "a big deal" if you are making a personal decision on the look of your character. Especially at lvl 60 with torpor (from what I hear), at that point in groups you are just a heal/buff-bot anyways.

If you have a pretty difficult game schedule (can't even duo most the time) and like to solo w/o a JBB or Epic the grind will take much longer.

After reading your input I think I’ll stick to troll. Being 34+ has showed me why the class is fun and really don’t feel like starting over as a Barbarian just for visuals. Jbb seems to be a good option as well so Iksar is a no no since I mostly solo/duo so I feel I would give up too much by being a lizard. Thanks all for the input!

Troll have nice fashionquest once you get into Velious. Superior to iksar, imo - but YMMV.
