Of course the guy who creates chat channels is pro ooc. I wouldn't play with or without ooc. Pop has actually been decent since cyclock has disappeared (terrible gm). Also any chance to get rid of agatha can only do good for your server.

Taking ooc out will alienate any players that don't start with friends. Even the retard Ignight used global Ooc to try to find a port. Might as well be playing single player.
