Yes, warriors need proc weapons. This is why they exist.
After having shit agro for 2 expacs brad blessed the warrior with high agro proc weapons and it's been good ever since.

Stand next to the shaman so mob doesn't zip around when they take aggro.
The best Shamans and Enchanters position themselves next to the tank in melee range to avoid pulling the mob onto healers.
