Its the worst. I've had them drop when I absolutely had no use for them, then when I take a char there that can use them, notta. Just kill as fast as you can, you'll get it eventually.

Go to LOIO late at night or very early in the morning. Have a high level bard AoE the fort for you. Rinse and repeat until you have two earrings.
