Default QQUI How to Load QQUI in Game on Blue?

EDIT: Nevermind, Solved issue thanks to a kind druid in game.

Unfortunately if you're on green, they've disabled the custom UI's for that server. Blue still allows it and if you're on blue, I'm not quite sure what could be wrong.

The issue was I had the files in the "Skins" folder but the need to be in UI folder.
