Nothing is more exasperating than seeing a Bard play only one song, whilst doing utterly subpar melee damage. I complain every single time I see it, and I'm fed up with everyone staying silent about it in groups.

I love being in groups with overactive players who feel the need to critique the damage output at LCY in KC. It's usually the same guys that need "afk for bong rip" and are playing an Iksar Monk

I have no idea what bards are capable of. I have only grouped like 3 times total, but happened to group up with a <castle> bard the other day and was pretty impressed

He was charming adds with me (my huge cha buff apparently helps their charms), and rather than me peeing my mana finishing charm pets, I’d just root it and he’d stack 3 dots on it. Them dots are pretty nasty

And of course that mana song is juicy. It’s a shame that songs don’t affect pets on p99, I coulda swore they did on live EQ
