Update: last night had downtime from 2 AM to 8 AM, they called it routine maintenance. dont ask me how I know this. but i am talking to my cable company about it and will have more details soon.

thanks for the update man, i've been experiencing outages near an intercontinental L3 and scoped some strange things happening first hand, would really like to hear more and crossreference your facts with what my binocs picked up. thanks man
