How to you report someone when there are no GM on?

I would like to report Greatdark Semonio for KSing at Gnoll Spires outside paw.

He has been at it all day but no one is on to deal with this.

run logs, submit a petition in the petition forums, paste logs, if you do OBS even better!

I dont see anything in my logs showing damage from other players.
So I can see anything that shows him damaging stuff after I do.

You make a "report" in the exploit/petition forum. At a minimum they will probably want o know the time range this was occurring, maybe mob names too.

also when someone kills things at that spire its pretty much a given they are at that spot.....make sure you put in your report that I, Greatdark, was killing those gnolls and you, Pleb noobins, just took the mobs i was at.....
