How does a guild become toxic?? Just curious for my own personal research...

Is it by condoning guild members behavior with the classic hands off approach from leadership when an issue regarding said member is brought to them by another guilds leadership and staff??

or

By one of their members ninja looting a 120 hr window'd epic piece??

or

By playing their own game their way since day 1 and maximizing their efforts to obtain raid gear with whoever is willing to apply and join the effort??

What did y'all expect from GM? They are trying so hard to act like they are relevant. They took in Peral, dude has been in more guilds then Littlefinger and it's not the first or last time he will ninja loot shit. Venerate had to bribe people to group with him because he's such a toxic and awful player.

Except this was reported as Peril and not Peral. 2 different people. Don't let facts get in the way of your slander though.
