Default Rebby's Rat Whiskers
A recent newcomer to the P1999 server, but long time EQ player (15 years ago).

I'm willing to dedicate the time to repeat the Note for Rebby quest many, many times for pp and/or low level gear.

Theres a few factions this fixes, theres more than one reason to want these

Ive done the whiskers to fix Corrupt Qeynos Guards before so that I can use vendors in North Qeynos without having to worry about Lieutenant Dagarok wrecking my world

Just kill a few regular guards. It evens out
