I seem to recall early PoM stuff was tradeable. My guess is they won't implement until you find evidence of when it became no drop.

That archive is from the old www.planeofmischief.com website. If you go that site and click on the items http://planeofmischief.com/items.htm , you can see that some of the distraction pieces were, infact, dropable too. The archive proves that this was originally how they were supposed to be, therefore, should be implemented in p99.

If you go to http://planeofmischief.com/items.htm ,and click on the items, you can clearly see some of the distraction pieces were, infact, dropable. Many images are tagged with Povar, Rallos Zek, Cazic, the old servers. The archive does not, unfortunately, archive the pictures, however, it is difinitive proof that they should be changed in game (p99) to reflect the original and tradable pieces. The archive proves that this was from Aug 2001.

Note that capture date does not reflect when the post was made. Example could be it was discovered in Mar 2001 as tradeable, nerfed May 2001 to no drop, but website never updated and capture taken on Aug 2001.

You may be completely right of course, just letting you know it may not be bulletproof. You should locate when an item became no drop as that would determine if they were nerfed within server timeline or not.
