Game Mechanics: PoSky Key Issue

Attempting to have a Quest MQed in PoSky.
The player assisting (lvl 54) purchases Vesheens key, but is unable to click up.
There are no messages from any Pad in sky. He said he's tried them all.
No text, no messages. Only one he gets from any pad is " you can't reach that, get closer". Vesheens key is on his cursor while attempting.

Sounds like this may be a key issue, not a quest issue.

OP, Plane of Sky keys are notoriously finicky. The player in question may need to change their camera angle, stand inside or outside of the dish, or click on different parts of the dish.

I also recommend checking the map on the wiki so you can know for sure which pad is the correct pad.
