Default Inert Potion Quest - Slansin/Slansin Denvin
After getting the potion by initiating the quest text - Slansin / Slansin Denvin is not spawning at all. Tried even using a druid to track. Quest is bugged.

Did you say "I will study enchantment" to Toresian Fhabel? You need to run the dialog to spawn him.

No i didnt - i figured it out though - sorry - tried to delete this thread but just disregard - no bug with this quest
