As a geriatric kind of guy, I just work out at the senior center three or four times a week. Only lift, press and pull 115lbs. It keeps me looking like a top heavy geezer but I'm OK with that.
OH, I walk fast 20 - 30 minutes on the indoor track too. Go me!

Woke up, smashed my 4 scoops of Redcon1 MRE for breaki. Shit my pants cause that's how it goes after drinking a 500+ calorie beverage in seconds.. Downed the the standard 20 Animal Multi Vits, choked on 1 as usual. Let Wednesday beeegin!! Leg day after work today!

Today marks 365 days since I paid a man to slash my large intestine out of my body. Life is great and i'm making GAINS. (this is proof that you don't haev to be a victim mode cuck)
