Did you see Buzz Aldrin is slipping too lately? Similar pathology to Guiliani. Answers questions inappropriately, rambles on, says off the wall shit.

I was a Guiliani guy maybe a few years ago. He's just really showing the ugly side of his New York City personality now. He seems to be struggling with context and appropriateness a lot lately, both signs of potential mental faculties giving way.
