Trouble installing

I have a hard copy of EQ titanium I’m trying to install to play on P99. However, I get to disc 5 on the installation process and it seems to freeze at the one specific file every…single….time…I’ve tried starting over multiple times, making sure the disc is clean, I’m going on over 3hrs of trying to get this game to install and I’m about read to give up. The file its getting stuck on is necropolis_chr.s3d. I created a separate folder on my C drive cause I read that the instal can have problems being put under program files. I’m really frustrated any help is welcome.
