Spells: Zoning into a no-lev zone while double levved should only strip one lev

** Patch Information ***

- All Levitation spells will now be stripped when entering a no-
levitation zone. There was a bug that caused the game to only strip the
first Levitation spell found


Note the date of the above change. If you zone in to a no-lev zone with two levs on only the first lev buff should be stripped at this point in the timeline.

Yeah I remember this. Good find. Doubt they'll implement it though.
