Everything in Halls of Testing, excluded glimmer drakes, should be flagged as snareable and rootable.

It is likely all of west and north also follows suit with exception of named mobs of course.

Nothing should be flagged with any immunities until the Great Immunity Patch in late Velious. There are many denizens of the Plane of Sky that are incorrectly charm/mez/etc immune as well.

This really calls for a code change IMO, to simply not apply immunities if timeline < Nov 2001 or whatever.
