No, still requires you to path the mobs directly through the your pet. Even then they may not agro. It feels like you have to path them through a server tick or the agro radius is too small for your swarm to agro. But when my charm gets low hp agro they all come running in so the defiantly are on the agro list, or the low hp agro radius is large enough to call them back in regardless.

On another note, I think low hp agro is broken and needs a radius to determine how far a mob will chase someone who is on the agro list but gets low hp from the other side of the zone. Places like Fear where Draco will charge from the west wall to the grave yard because the CT tank drops below 20% results in ping ponging on a mob that is already hard enough to fight because of extremely small hit box.
