Do any race/deity combos have low faction with temple of sol ro?

Without doing anything to lower the faction from base, what characters will need to kill shadowmen to be able to do temple of sol ro quests? Dark elves? Iksar? Human bertox worshippers?

I would suggest this quest if you are trying to raise faction fast. Only takes 30 gold pieces a hand in. I think I did about 150pp worth of gold to go from indiff to amiably.
