Default Monk: Tackling Raster of Guk

Hey,

I'm at the point to start my Raster camp (I've got all other Robe of Lost circle components).

I've done a little searching on Raster's spawn mechanics and came across this old but rad site: http://www.castle-grounds.co.uk/eq/raster.htm

It basically describes and optimal cycle of letting the PH despawn at 8AM.

My first go at the camp I just aimlessly killed anything that moved near his spawn point.

Does the old mechanic hold true on p1999? I've read patch notes from 2013 listing Raster's spawn cycle as a highlight so I know its been an issue.

Basically I'm looking for the most effective way to spawn Raster on p1999.

Thanks in advance!

That method holds true here. By letting it despawn at 8am you'll have 3 spawns instead of 2 in a game day

^ This. You could kill bro z for the robe but you could also be that guy who auctions for a port from EC to Lavastorm..

Im not sure how skipping a spawn that averages 36 hrs to camp and skipping a 10 min run are equivalent.

Time is not the common factor here, it's the experience

If that's the case, he should just buy the entire MQ completely.
