I know, I know, it's a useless skill. But I'm all about maxing everything.

According to wiki, cap is 200, however I have not been able to raise it past 100 no matter what.

Is it supposed to be capped at 100 and wiki is wrong? Or is it supposed to be capped at 200 and is bugged?

What level are you? The skill limit is 5 + (5 x level) according to an old casters realm page.

Ahh ok. Not related to level then.

Maybe related to what con the mobs are. I know skills like disarm only skillup against blue or higher con mobs. Maybe throw a few punches at a blue con next time you're in a group and see if you get skillups?
