Default Loot disappearing if you loot too quickly

I've played P99 for a long time but just start playing a bit more recently and have been running into a strange bug with looting mobs. I don't remember seeing this bug in the past so it seems like it's something that may have been introduced somewhat recently.

A few days ago I was looting corpses quickly and got the "OP_LootRequest: Corpse not found" error, which normally isn't a big deal but this time it poofed the corpse and I wasn't able to loot anything. There was no coin or item window.

I didn't bother screenshotting or reporting since I assumed that it was some sort of freak occurrence, but I ran into a similar issue two more times this morning.

The times it happened today I was still able to grab items from the loot window, but the NPC didn't drop any coin. These mobs were the skulking brutes in Warsliks Woods and have dropped coin on every other kill and I've done levels 24-30 here.

On the bottom you can see that I got the error message from looting quickly, and looted a Pearl but didn't get any of the coin from the corpse. You can see that I looted coin from 2 corpses just before this happened, and they were all the same mob (skulking brutes).

Same situation. I loot the first corpse and receive coin normally, then I loot the second corpse too quickly and don't get coin (but was able to loot the Topaz).

It's possible that this bug only affects coin loot and the first time I ran into this bug the mob didn't have any item loot. That's possibly why the corpse just poofed without any coin or item window.
