5/7 Patch - Merchant Jewyln

Nilbog: Corrected an issue which would allow certain merchants to assist in combat.


Prior to this patch, "Merchant Jewyln" in FelwitheB did not assist guards when they were being attacked. Now, she socially aggros when a guard is attacked. Unsure if this was intended change or not, but the verbiage in the patch note makes it sound like it shouldn't be.
