Something that will never drop anymore, may benefit from a fabled triple attack patch in the future...is hard to price.
It must be an absolute beast with 41% haste belt + VoG + epic clicky and all of the attack buffs. | ||

2-handers with less than 28 delay will receive virtually no buff with the 2handed patch.
Make of that what you will.
