Also seems like Russia wants a failed state in Venezuela. Probably for economic reasons. Making it harder for us to get gas or oil or just making it harder on south America thus creating a scarcity. IDK can we make a buck selling oil or uranium to Mexico?

I do not disagree at all.

TBH I think Syria was moving in the right direction under Assad.

It is now perpetually fucked tho... Is an Assad regime ever going to work?

Our shot was to stop the rebellion before it started. Kinda missed the boat on that. Maybe there's a 50/50 chance the next Syrian government won't suck so bad. However. If Chechnya is any indication it's going to be another Russian shitholding.
