Proposal: Shady Goblin Daily Roll (similar to ring 8)
I would like to propose that we roll at a specific time of day for the turn in rights to shady goblin. Right now it is believed that this spawn has a 4 hour variance (+/- 2). I would suggest that we roll at the assumed window start time which tomorrow (2/16/19) would be 12:10pm CST (spawn occurred today 2/15/19 at 2:10pm CST).
I think this updated policy would be an improvement to what is already in place at shady goblin, which is a /random within 5 seconds of spawn. Please share your thoughts below! | ||

Should just be 10 seconds after it spawns. Otherwise you will get 500 people showing up instead of putting in the time for those that want to put more effort into it.
