Jewelcrafting question on green

I was looking to start jewelcrafting on my new enchanter. He is a Highelf.

Is the enchant silver spell only in neriak or is it also in felwithe in classic?

I believe its in felwithe but in the library not the enchanter guild

I will just have to check it tonight. Crossing my fingers. otherwise I will start at lvl 12 when I can get dark elf illusion for Neriak

Or just make a DE mule and hand it over, or quickly and discreetly drop transfer using a gem.
