Why they have to kill the wands by not letting them recharge?

Just lower the damage to like invoke lightning or something..... then higher levels wouldn't try to use them to cheese "real content", and lower levels could still have some fun.

Because these neckbeards will literally camp THOUSANDS of them if that's what it would take to benefit.
