Has the staff reached a decision on the following issues?

-once the sleeper is awakened, will they be restoring it or will it be classic?

-will sleeper's tomb keys be soulbound or will they stay on your corpse when you die?

-will post-revamp item stats be in at launch or will they follow the classic timeline?

-will red99 have the ability to duck/sit interrupt spell casts?

-will any zones remove the level restriction in PvP for red99, similar to how it works in the planes, sebilis, and veeshan's peak?

Staff already said they plan on following the time line and that they will have it as 'dynamic' style changes where as far as I understand, if something was added 2 months into Velious, it will get added 2 months into our velious

same with Sleepr's tomb keys - the answer is how they were implemented classically will be how they are in at launch

Levitation spells now check to see if you have a second Levitation type spell when it wears off before hurling you to the ground.
