Insane delay

My main ISP is having some issues, well its not only for playing p1999.

My lagmeter is at 1000-3500ms when i log in and keeps booting me when i join a raid. but most of the time i have like 5 sec delay, it all started 3 weeks ago tired to change my router and called my provider and there was no problem there.
i have no lag in other games or browsing

When i use my cellphone i the delay drops to 150ms

Is there anything i can do can't really play since can't relaly use cellphone that much for this

Cellphone uses a minuscule amount of data running EQ, maybe try plugging directly in if you are using WiFi l?

i am trying that now, for the moment it looks like it worked is it maybe the channel or whats happening ? since its only EQ thats delaying
