Default no eqhost.txt file in the eq folder

I went to change the eqhost.txt file but it doesnt exist anywhere..I did a windows search and the only place that it appears is in the readme file. Is it because I also have EQ2 installed and the Station log on system required for eq2?

I believe the Station Launcher has to go...
