No Character's after a client crash

Hey All,

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone esle? When i first log in everything seems fine, i see all my character's on the select screen, but when i go to enter world the game freezes and enentually i get a message saying my client may have crashed. But then when i go to log back in again my character screen is empty...have this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
