Quit SSRIs.

Use Welbutrin or something.

i remember when they put me on serotonin reuptake inhibitors as a minor for Ecstasy abuse, the dreams were intense.

also yeah, don't let boomers play chemistry with your brain, turns out most of them are retarded.

SSRI is an antidepressant.
Side affect is weight gain.
Weight gain is depressing.
What a fucking spiral.

Seriously, I dunno. Figure out what made you depressed before ya became fatter. Did doctor document your initial consult? Question them about it.
Unless getting fat made you depressed in the first place, then I got nuffin.

Find someone to formulate your depression, create wellbeing plan, use mood diaries and reformulate as you go.

Speak to your doctor about your medication if you aren't sure it is for you.

Maybe combine both these into the same combination and have the doctor refer you to psychologist / therapist / counsellor.

Hows your diet? A lack of protein can create symptoms similar to depression.

don't take my advice - but maybe it will help you speak to professionals that are qualified / experienced in ur area

Go to the gym 6 days a week and eat a low calorie high protein diet.

Go online to find a beginner’s workout plan if you’re new to it.

Switch to Welbutrin.

Do it for multiple reasons.

Then start working out or walking around the block, getting sunlight.

Make a habit of it.

Then get off Welbutrin.
