Whats with lay hands???

How come the button comes up even if the ability isn't ready?? I remember back in the day it stayed down till it was ready to use again.

The button is bugged, think it's same for SK Harmtouch. If you zone while it is down it will show disabled until ready, otherwise you need to keep an eye on the time and know it'll be up after 72 mins (only time logged in on the char counts towards the cooldown, btw.)
