Warrior Bind Wounds skill caps per level

Okay, I have a bit of a newbie question.

What are the skill caps by level for bind wound post level 50?

I'm trying to fill out some ancillary skills on one of my warriors rather than level him up.

Apparently bind wound gets much better at skill >200, but at level 52 my skill is stuck at 183. With over 250 attempts to skill up since I hit 183, I suppose this is the cap for level 52. At what point can bind wound reach over 200 skill for warriors?

Have I just been unlucky at skilling up?

i think i hit 200 at level 57. i, too, was extremely disappointed when i hit 51 and couldn't immediately raise my cap to 200.
