SK Epic Quest in Velious

I've heard that the Shadow Knight epic quest becomes less difficult (though certainly not easy) in Velious. My understanding is that the most difficult piece, Soul Leech, drops from more mobs and drops more frequently (though this information may be incorrect).

If anyone knows whether the Shadow Knight epic quest changes, what those changes are, and how those changes affect the difficulty of the quest, I (and I'm sure the P99 SK community) would be really interested to hear about it. Thanks!
