People set up casinos all the time. The odds are so horrible it is impossible not to make money.

If you're going to do a lottery, you'll have to be very open and specific with rules and build up some credibility.

yeah, i saw a guy the other day saying, as part of his "casino" pitch, something like...

"55-60, 555-560, 955-960 wins 20K!!!!"

well, player rolled a 55 first shot....

"WELL, UHHHH.... NO! YOU'D HAVE HAD TO ROLLED 56, 57, 58, or 59..... THATS WHAT "55-60" MEANS!!!!"

Lottery would be fun, if ran well. Have to have a set time the drawing happens so everyone can see it in commons.

:P

More so directed to the casinos in EC, trying to simulate card games via /random, the house edge isn't even slightly in favor of the house, it is HUGE.

There's some shitty casinos in EC, some worse than others. The best I've seen is 550+ doubles your money, 980+ trebles it.

However, some casino dudes go for 565+ and 990+. Shitty odds either way but still. The trick is to win off 1 roll and walk away - don't let them talk you into losing it all [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
