Personally I think you need a license to own a firearm, like a car, both which can kill people when not trained to use.

Make guns as expensive as cars. Then, you'll have to run from your crime scene. Chris rock said we need some damn bullet control. Five thousand dollar bullets. You know why gun crime is so low in the UK? Bullets are more than 150 dollars a piece on a street.
